Israel and Iran: what’s usually left unsaid

Last Monday, the Israeli Defence Force and the U.S Central Command launched exercise Juniper Oak, a massive joint military exercise which, according to recent reports, involves bombing targets set up in the Negev Desert, that’s, in the south of Israel, to simulate Iranian nuclear sites. A total of 1,100 Israeli Soldiers with 6,400 U.S soldiers took part with aircraft including B-52 heavy bombers F-35s, F-15s, F-16s, Hercules transports, Apache helicopters, a strike group of ships from America and Israel, and the artillery systems of both nations taking part, including dozens of rocket launchers with long-range rockets being launched from American equipment. That started on Monday, it’s happening this week and the Iranians are aware of it.
