Love your wife is your love your own body

 In the Bible, it tells us to love our woman as we love our own body. Many times I must discipline myself to keep my body in shape. I can’t eat everything I want to. I can’t give myself everything I want. Sometimes I have to make myself exercise and it’s difficult. If I look in the mirror, and I am fat. I must tell myself I am. If I am in denial, I cannot improve. On the contrary, if I tell my woman that she gets her feelings hurt. These are acts of love, but in today’s society to call someone fat is considered an act of hate. Tough love is not hate. If you love someone you tell them what they need to hear not what they want to hear.
