The new style Full Face Snorkel mask vs. the traditional snorkeling mask and snorkel, which is better??? Full face snorkel masks are gaining in popularity but are they as good as an old style snorkeling mask and snorkel? We compare both types of snorkeling masks across several categories and decide what are the pros and cons of each mask.

Personally I always recommend using a traditional mask and snorkel instead of a full face snorkeling mask is someone is learning how to snorkel.
