Dangerous Cave Scuba Diving in Hospital Hole @ Weeki Wachee River Florida

I went cave scuba diving in Hospital Hole on the Weeki Wachee river in Florida. Hospital hole is a 130 foot deep natural underwater cavern on the Weeki Wachee river, the river is fed from Weeki Wachee Springs state park and is crystal clear cool fresh water. Scuba diving in the hole is a little scary and can be very dangerous if one is not careful. As you dive deeper into the hole the water changes clarity in differing layers. At about 75 feet deep you almost completely lose visibility. Florida has so many unique dive spots and is filled with natural beauty like the Weeki Wachee river.

While I was getting ready to scuba dive the hole I met Brandon Jordan from one of my favorite Youtube channels @JigginWithJordan . He was out here metal detecting a popular swimming spot on the river. Check out his latest video at Weeki Wachee https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zUra3lC-6zA&t=231s
