A recipe for those suffering from weak immunity

Here’s a simple (6 ingredient) wellness shot recipe that is jam packed with nutrients that all support the immune system!

🧃This is an inexpensive way to make juices and wellness shots at home + the JUV is dishwasher safe so it will also save you time & energy

✨Ingredients:
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup roughly chopped ginger
- 1 small turmeric root
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper powder
- Filtered water

1. Wash your ginger & turmeric (no need to peel since you’ll be using the JUV to strain out the solids anyways)
2. Add all ingredients to a blender and fill the rest up with filtered water
3. Blend
4. Add the mixture to a JUV and strain
5. Enjoy!
6. Store the rest in a glass container for about 5-7 days in the refrigerator
