40-Minute Pure Strength Workout | 6.20.2022

This 40-minute strength workout includes 4 rounds of 8 exercises targeting total body strength, core and balance elements and has NO cardio! There is a 4-minute bodyweight warm up to start and a 5-minute full stretch in this recording.

Equipment you may want for this workout is a yoga mat, dumbbells (I am using 10's), a resistance tube with or without handles, a medicine ball (I am using a 10 lb ball), and a good cattitude! If you don't have fitness equipment, that's ok too! Shoes and equipment are optional but recommended.
