'Of course, it's a heavy subject for everyone. All who live here have these same thoughts. But, I never dreamed of, or wanted to leave. Staying here is neither stupidity nor foolishness. It's a conscious choice. I was born in Donetsk'. Victoria Gubry performs in Donbass Opera Theatre. She is one of those who decided to stay and live under Ukrainian shelling.
