Deliberate strike by Ukrainian Army on hospital in Lugansk People's Republic, 14 killed and 24 wounded.

This morning, Ukrainian militants struck the building of a district hospital in Novoaidar with US-made HIMARS multiple rocket launchers. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, 14 people were killed and 24 hospital patients and medical personnel were wounded there.

According to the ministry, the victims of the missile attack by the Ukrainian militants are being provided with qualified medical assistance.
