Kohler K301 , Do i need to retorque the head bolts.

I replace the head gasket on my kohler K301 12 hp engine. I show torqueing it down . After a little running i re torque the bolts again. Head gasket kohler k 301 engine. Try and use a good quality head gasket with a fire ring . Always check the head for flatness.
