Today i was able to do 5 minutes staying in the Ice hole at a temperature of -3 degrees and i hope to continue improving my endurance, fitness and health ... Do you know that its truly fun and exciting while you curve out a space for you in the river to have ice bath? its amazing to see how the huge ice breaks when slicing it with a saw ... so Enjoy!!!
