City Church lead pastor, Jim Simpson, teaches on Luke 4:1-13 this morning. We review the implications of Jesus’ being led to the wilderness to be tempted by the deceiver. Why did the enemy choose those specific temptations and how did Jesus defeat him? How can we be aware of the deceiver’s schemes and counteract them in our lives as we pursue the righteousness of God.
