The S-Biner by Nite Ize is a pretty cool product. It is a "S" shaped doubled gated carabiner. The main advantage for me, is the ability to remove either the S-Biner from a object or a object from the S-Biner without dealing with the orientation of the gate, like a traditional carabiner.  The S-Biners come a variety of sizes as well as materials, stainless steel and a polymer.
