After being chased by racists through Kingston town centre, Ricky Reel was found dead in the River Thames in October 1997. His family have struggled to convince the Metropolitan Police to investigate his death for many years. Sukdhev Reel was then later informed that SpyCops from the Special Demonstration Squad had spied on the family campaign.
