Canadian Dana Glowacka set the world record for standing in the plank among women - 4 hours and 20 minutes.
It took four years of training to prepare for the record. Dana was trained by the legendary George Hood, an athlete who in his 60s set the record for the plank, managing to stand for 10 hours, 10 minutes and 10 seconds continuously.
