Monoliths Utah & Isle of Wight

These Monoliths appeared on the Isle of Wight apprently made By Ian Dunford & the first was in Utah was their a connection?
I discovered the Utah Monolith had a snakes head on the rock face behind it which the world media missed in photoes and deliberately did not mension plus the Utah Monolith is near a biblical named town called Moab.
Plus the guy who claimed the Isle of Wight Monolith was coincedently cant be found in fishbourne IOW as locals dont know him
Although world media said he was conveniently from Fishbourne IOW & also they said Fishbourne West Sussex ? TBC
