HALLAM GREETED HER SUPPORTERS, TOOK PHOTOS WITH EVERYONE AND TALKED TO EVERYONE ABOUT THEIR ISSUES THEY HAD. HALLAM GAVE A SPEECH WHERE SHE SPOKE ABOUT SOME THINGS SHE HAS ACCOMPLISHED IN HER FIRST TERM. HALLAM SAYS, "WE BANNED FRACKING IN OUR COUNTY PARKS, AND WE INCREASED FUNDING FOR LEAD REMEDIATION IN OUR HOMES". WE CREATED THE COUNTY'S FIRST CIVILIAN REVIEW BOARD." AMONG MANY OTHER THINGS THAT WERE DONE ON COUNCIL IN THE LAST 3 YEARS. HALLAM ALSO SHARED SOME OF HER PAST WITH DRUG ADDITION GOING FROM PAIN KILLERS DUE TO TWO ACL TEARS, LEADING HER TO HERION. HALLAM EXPLAINED HOW SHE QUIT DRUGS COLD TURKEY INSIDE THE (ACL). "I DETOXED COLD TURKEY ON THE FLOOR OF THE ALLEGHENY COUNTY JAIL, AND OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS I KNEW THERE HAD TO BE MORE TO LIFE", HALLAM SAID. "MY PARENTS, FRIENDS AND LOVED ONES TAUGHT ME THAT WE DESERVE MORE. I KNEW THAT I WANTED TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE BUT I DIDNT KNOW HOW I WAS GOING TO DO THAT", HALLAM CONTINUED.
