Peaceful Protest or Awful Terror?

Six months jail sentence for banging on a bucket which Susan Clark says was terrorizing and awful. What's awful is taking this good father and husband from his family for six months including the whole holiday season for banging on a bucket in protest of tyrannical mandates. This is peaceful protest. He didn't do or say anything violent or threatening. Another part of the context is that he was trespassed at CDH for not wearing a mask so and this is where Diana Banana had previously attended the meeting, so he was there to be heard at the public meeting. This was during the meeting time when Diana Banana and Tyrant Ted Eppernanner were trying to pass the health order that would bring a misdemeanor crime to anyone not wearing a mask anywhere indoors or outdoors anywhere in public in the 4 counties in the district including Ada where Boise is. Nevermind the restrictions on gatherings, youth sport events, businesses, bars, and restaurants. There is more context and Roberts hitting a bucket was not the most disturbing or awful or terrorizing part of it. Can you imagine the awful damage that would have come if the order was passed and enforced. Talk about thinking errors! These people need a class on God given rights and the proper role of government! Boise Police seemed ready to enforce the health order since they were helping the CDH board violate open meeting law to pass the order and surrounded the building with cops and barricades to keep people out and they literally shoved an old woman to the ground to keep her from coming in.
