Russia warns West would be responsible for Kiev's possible 'dirty bomb'

Washington has declined to comment whether ammunition it's supplying to Ukraine includes depleted uranium as Russia warns that if the West is actually providing any kind of uranium armament, it could be considered a 'dirty bomb' with the West responsible for the ensuing consequences.
