DAY 21 – Worship God!

Psa 95:6 Oh come, let us worship and bow down; Let us kneel before the LORD our Maker.

John 4:23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.

John 4:24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

Heb 13:15 Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name.

Col 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

Rev 7:11 All the angels stood around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God,
Rev 14:7 saying with a loud voice, "Fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgment has come; and worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water."

Jesus announced in John 4:23-24 that from now on worship of the Father would be in spirit and truth. “Your worship must engage your spirit, soul, and body in the pursuit of truth by faith unto Him only. As 2Ch 16:9 says the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him.
Now those who believe on the Lord Jesus can worship God at any time and in any place. True worship means that a believer enters the presence of God by faith and praise and worship Him at his feet. His body may be in a den, in room, a prison, a field, or a house but his spirit can draw near to God into the heavenly sanctuary.

If what we say we do for the God does not honor and extol the Lord, then we have not entered into true worship, and what we say we are doing for God is in reality only for ourselves.

The Lord God is worthy of our worship, and our highest calling is that we have been created to praise and worship Him. So, join me over the next two minutes entering His Presence lifting-up holy hands without wrath and doubting before Him (1 Tim 2:8) and let us worship our soon coming King, Jesus Christ our Lord!
