WHOLE GRAIN BREAD RECIPE:
5 c. flour (may use a variety of grains like rye, kamut, oats, etc.)
2 ¼ - 2 ½ c. warm water
⅓ c. honey
1 T. yeast
1 t. salt
¼ c. olive oil (optional)

In a bowl, mix water and honey, being sure the honey is dissolved. Then add the Yeast. Let rise x 5-10 minutes.

In another bowl, mix all the dry together. Make a well, and when the yeast liquid is done proofing, add to the well, and then add the olive oil.
Mix well, then Knead x 15-20 minutes. Go on YouTube to see how to properly knead dough. Shape dough into a bowl and place in a well-oiled or sprayed bowl.

Cover with a towel, set in a warm place, and let rise till double in size (30-40 minutes). When doubled in size, split into 4ths and put into 4 loaf pans.

Cover and let rise again. (30 minutes)
At this time, have the oven preheating @350º.
After second rising, place bread pans in the oven and bake 20-30 minutes
