CHARLES WHITMAN KNEW HE WAS GOING CRAZY!

In this clip from our Texas Tower Shooting episode, we take a look Charles Whitman murdering his mother and wife before going to the university to continue his madness. Several journal entries he wrote at this time state that he knew something was wrong with his brain and he was even "hearing voices" telling him to kill. You have to wonder if this could have been prevented. What do you think?
