Sonam Wangchuk, On Fast To Save Ladakh, Put ‘Under House Arrest’

Sonam Wangchuk, the Ladakh-based social reformist, went on a five-day fast to raise awareness about the need to protect Ladakh from the effects of climate change. In a Facebook post, Wangchuk said he was put under house arrest.
