Name one thing we don't need more of...another conversation about being more confident. Yes, we seem to know everyone has struggled with self-esteem at some point or another, but it clearly isn't as simple as just "believing in yourself". (Cue eye roll). Enough talking about it...let's find some ways to take action and change it FAST!

In reality, I have focused on trying to build my own confidence this past year, and found 3 little tricks that work for me, that legitimately take no more than 5 minutes a day TOTAL.
