Wizards Of The Coast Surrenders! OGL Backpedal.

In this video I celebrate the total backpedal that Wizards Of The Coast have given on the OGL. Giving in to the backlash and community outrage, WOTC have realised that the only possible response they could give was to completely abandon their attempts to screw over the Dungeons & Dragons community and make D&D 5th Edition entirely free via a creative commons licence, otherwise they'd lose everything.

This however is not an excuse for complacency. We should still hold out and look at Paizo and other companies offerings. We should still treat WOTC and Hasbro with suspicion. We should remain vigilant to ensure they never try this crap again. Remember that they only backed down because we hurt their wallet, by cancelling D&D Beyond subscriptions and abandoning their products in droves. So don't be quick to adopt ONE D&D and assume it's all OK, because it's not. That said, enjoy this one, we won.
