Hello everybody!
In today's video, I talk a little bit about overtone resonance, how every tone carries multiple frequencies within itself which can be reinforced if the correct resonance chamber is used. Overtone singing, or throat singing, is the process of producing a drone and then shaping the resonance chamber (through careful manipulation of the mouth and tongue) to highlight the overtones within the drone and produce melodies and harmonies.

I am by no means a throat singing expert, but I have been fascinated by it and wanted to share the little that I do understand about the phenomena.

Have a wonderful day!

Nathan
