DUMBBELL CHEST AND BACK UPPER BODY WORKOUT
In this 10-minute dumbbell upper body workout, l will be hitting the back and chest. Incorporating exercises such as rows, dips, flies, and curls to build muscle.
This is an effective Dumbbell upper body workout routine that will work on your arms, chest, and shoulders. It uses only 2 dumbbells, so you don't need to go out and buy 10's of various weights. Follow this simple back and chest dumbbell workout routine 2 or 3 times a week for maximum results. The hardest thing about doing home workouts is finding the time, so I have done this short routine for maximum results in minimum time! The reason I mainly use dumbbells is that they are quicker to change weight - which is perfect if you are short on time.
