Ronald Reagan Praises the Republican Assemblies

The California Republican Assemblies (CRA) were instrumental at getting then Governor Ronald Reagan elected. Reagan continued to praise the Republican Assemblies as the "Conscience of the Republican Party." In 1996, the CRA became the National Federation of Republican Assemblies (NFRA).
