When Your Sheriffs Tell the ATF to Go Pound Sand. (We Love Arkansas).

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses a recent counter-trend to many of these very blue states not only banning guns and gun rights, but doing so in a lighting fast fashion, which is State law enforcement speaking quite openly and publicly about their beliefs in the effectiveness, or lack thereof, in much of this gun control legislation. Well along comes the Arkansas Sheriffs' Association, who fortunately, does not have a tyrannical Governor like so many of the other states we have covered here on Washington Gun Law, but instead chose to tell the ATF what they think of the new Pistol Brace Rule. What's even more impressive than the letter itself, is what the Arkansas State Legislature did in 2021 to ensure that the citizens of Arkansas will continue to live free, like Americans.
