This baby suffering from jaundice

This baby is suffering from jaundice (TSB :- Total bilirubin levels i.e., 1-3mg/dal at birth and peaks by 5-15 days and decline by 3 weeks ) .
The neonatal jaundice is the yellow colour seen in the skin of many new borns . Jaundice happens when chemicals called bilirubin builds up in the baby's blood. During pregnancy, the mother's liver removes bilirubin for the baby,but after birth the baby's liver must remove bilirubin.
