Paul Pelosi Footage and Story Doesn't Add Up To Me

Maybe it's just me and I'm some crazy conspiracy theorist but none of this story makes sense to me and the footage doesn't add up either! I have a few questions about some major details that I don't get: So why didn't Paul call the police when the guy was hitting the window, like why did he wait until the guy had held him hostage? Why did the attacker let Paul call the police and give them all that information? Doesn't the attack look like a staged event? The attacker let Paul touch the hammer, why did the attacker wait until the police arrived to use the hammer? I didn't see blood so did Paul actually get hit with the hammer? I don't think I'm some crazy conspiracy theorist because I'm sure lots of feel the same way about things not adding up.
