Another great Recipe for the Instant Pot (if you don't have an Instant Pot you could use a Pressure Cooker) Chicken in Creamy Mushroom Sauce, we served it with mashed Potatoes and Vegetables.

Ingredients:
1 lb Chicken Thighs,
Salt,
Pepper,
2 tsp Italian Seasoning,
2 tbsp Coconut Oil,
1 tbsp Butter,
1 small Onion (chopped),
4 Garlic Cloves (minced),
12 oz Crimini Mushrooms (sliced),
1/3 cup White Wine (your choice),
1 cup Chicken Broth (homemade or store bought),
1 cup Heavy Cream,
2 tbsp Cornstarch,
2 tbsp Water
