A Lesson in Dealing with People and Staying Calm | Real Talk | Learning from Family

In this week's update on Real Talk, I reflect on a difficult day at the airport with my family and the valuable lessons I learned from my dad about dealing with people. I realized that despite his shortcomings, my dad is an expert at managing people and I have much to learn from him. I also discussed a difficult situation in my business where a client is being courted by competitors and the importance of remaining calm and composed in these situations. I emphasized the importance of slowing down and taking deep breaths when dealing with difficult emotions, and seeking help from a higher power. Additionally, I mentioned other challenges I am facing in my personal life such as a major leak in my house.
