Double-Layer Translucent Base Coat Experiment!
Did I ruin it?

I have been wanting to try out the transparent base coat technique, I've seen floating around out there. I find the concept SO COOL! But I may have gone overboard with doing two layers! You'll have to let me know in the comments!
