10 kinds of awesome with this gun people. Fit and finish is perfect. Cylinder gap is less than 0.002" trigger is excellent. I have fired the .500 S&W magnum and I would say that the .475 has similar recoil but this gun weighs half as much as a full size Smith 500. Definitely takes some getting used to. With the full power loads, the gun did try to walk out of my hand a time or two. You either have to have a ninja grip or a pair of shooting gloves will help. It's not a gun for everyone. I have years of gun experience and it gave me a little run for my money. It's probably the most powerful handgun I have ever shot, and not to mention the nicest one. If you have the spare cash, you won't go wrong with any Freedom Arms revolver, but be prepared to pay a premium. They start at $2,000.
