Rabbit Trail: Connection to 17 Post and Georgia National Guard?

The governor of Georgia activated the National Guard yesterday to aid in riot control in the Atlanta area and to keep it from spreading. A 17 post mentions asset movement will at some point occur using reason as cover. Has the Alliance taken advantage of this opportunity? The Universe advised.
