The problems of large cities with a culture of violence and misguided youth is something needs attention but it shouldn't come at the cost of punishing people who don't live there. The problems of a large city aren't the problems of all of a states residents but lawmakers sure think that imposing more restrictions is the answer when really all it is doing is disenfranchising the law abiding populace and developing discontent with the government.
