We are on the range again today testing out a set of Crimson Trace Lasergrips on a S&W Model 36 revolver. The LG-305 grip is the perfect companion to a small snubnose due to the very limited sight radius that is present on short revolvers.

A quality laser can help you get on target fast especially in a low light scenario and also presents a good training aid when practicing your handgun marksmanship on the range.

Also, a quality laser will hit to the same point of aim for any competent marksman behind the gun, there is no difference in the way one person sees the sight on target compared to the next. As long as you have good control with iron sights to begin with, a laser such as the LG-305 can be a definite advantage in a self defense scenario.
