In this Gripe, we discuss the Curbelo-Moulton Ban, or H.R.3999 in all it's anti-gun glory. Guys, this is one we need to knock out right now before it grows any legs. In this bill and a sister Senate bill introduced by Queen Pelosi herself, you would be punished by 5-10 years in prison for the mere possession of a "rate increasing device," which is not clearly defined in either bill leaving the door wide open to interpretation.
