In this video we take an in depth look at the Maxim 9 from SilencerCo, the first commercially available integrally suppressed handgun. Special thanks to Quiet Riot Firearms in McDonough, GA for letting us play around with it for the afternoon. The Maxim 9 can be converted from its full size configuration into a smaller "K" configuration via a very simple disassembly process. We did experience some reliability issues with the K configuration with certain types of ammo, but aside from that the gun itself ran quite well, and save more a few minor negative points discussed in the video we were pretty impressed.
