Touch Portal is a very good program to control many different tasks. There is a free version and a paid version. Free is limited to 2 pages which gives you 16 different controls to mess with. Paid version unlocks everything including unlimited pages.

You can only use USB on Android if you are on Mac you are limited to use Wifi.
