In today's new Jared and James channel video, we bring to you our 1st official Jared and James podcast episode. As you guys know I already had my friend Drew on for an awesome episode, but this is the first official Jared and James together episode lol and we killed it (in my humble opinion) with Ethan as our 1st guest. The reason I titled this 1st episode "High School Never Ends..." for those of you who remember there was a song that came out in the early 2000s by Bowling For Soup with that title and has to do with this idea that much of what happens in high school carries over to the rest of life, and so I felt that since a lot of what we spoke about today sort of amplifies that idea, I felt the title was fitting. We believe that many of the bad habits that people of all ages are falling into are starting at the high school level, and so what better way to find out more than to get the perspective of 2 current high school students-James and Ethan. We got into topics such as social media culture and how it creates this desire for look and act a certain way, as well as the dangers of vaping and drugs and the peer pressure that's out there that many kids fall into these dangerous habits, as well as how to form better habits for people of all ages. We of course had some bloopers since this was our 1st one- I didn't realize there was another button I had to press to fully connect James and Ethan's microphones but the audio still came out great and you can hardly notice, and there were many other hilarious things that happened throughout so you don't want to miss this! We also finished off with our 1st ever speed round...This episode got deep, we all opened up a lot, and there was also some awesome humor so let me know what you guys think and we hope to have many more of these in the future!
