MZTV 1136: "Tormented in Fire and Sulphur"

Many expositors assume that Revelation 14:11 (worshippers of the wild beast are tormented in fire and sulphur) is describing the lake of fire. But if the lake of fire is, to humans, the second death, why are these people being tormented? Ah. It's NOT the lake of fire. This trial is associated with one of the plagues of the Tribulation, namely, the 200 million supernatural horsemen breathing fire and sulphur who will kill one-third of humanity.
