5 fun things you can do around Manila during the rainy season

I have friends from different parts of the world who ask me if it is okay to visit the Philippines (specifically Manila), during the wet or rainy season. I know that during the rainy season, there is a chance that you could get stranded (miss your flight, or not be able to catch a boat), because there is low pressure or a full-blown typhoon in the area. But that does not stop us, Manila dwellers, from still living life to the fullest.

I have decided to create this tips vlog to assist all visitors and tourists in Manila, and for the people who live here, to figure out what to do instead of just trying to avoid doing anything fun during the rainy season.

Full disclosure! I do not advise doing any of these activities when there is a typhoon or a potential for flooding. Best you check the weather forecast and listen to the news for any information on upcoming typhoons or thunderstorms.

The rainy season in Manila starts around May to early November.
