MOUSSE DE MARACUJÁ
INGREDIENTS:
1 can condensed milk
320 ml passion fruit juice
1 can whey-free milk cream

METHOD OF PREPARATION
In a blender, beat the cream, condensed milk and concentrated passion fruit juice.
1 In a bowl, pour the mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Make a syrup for your passion fruit mousse

To make a syrup for your passion fruit mousse, you just need to mix 1 cup of passion fruit pulp with 1/2 cup of sugar. Take to a pan, in low fire, stir well and let it boil. Stir a little more until it becomes syrupy. Then just take it to the fridge along with the mousse.
