A roadtrip in Scotland is the best way to explore the many hidden gems of this beautiful country.

For this trip, our route was mostly in Central Scotland:
Edinburgh - Stirling - Doune Castle - Dunkeld - Pitlochry - Perthshire

Favorite highlights:

💎 Doune Castle is best known for its appearance in Game of Thrones (as Winterfell), Outlander (as Castle Leoch), and Monty Python
💎 Dunkeld is a posh, riverside hotel beside the River Tay, famous for salmon fishing
💎 Killikrankie is known for the soldier's leap where the Battle in Killikrankie happened during the Jacobite rebellion.
