Visiting an Indigenous Tribe: Abelling in Tarlac, Philippines
We started our journey at 4am from Manila to reach two indigenous villages in Tarlac, Philippines.
The first indigenous group is from the Abelling Tribe in San Jose.
The elders are looking to grow medicinal plants and distilling them.
The second tribe is trying to make a living from homestay near the Tarlac monastery.
If you want to support these indigenous tribes, contact the Gina Lopez foundation on FB: https://www.facebook.com/GinaLopezPH/
