The airspace over our house is in the path of U.S. military helicopters: two or three of them fly north, come back a few hours later and fly back south.

I assume that they return to Yokota Air Base after they work off the coast of Fukushima Prefecture.

The day after the U.S. military helicopters fly in, helicopters and jets from the Japan Self-Defense Forces' Air Division and Coast Guard will search from southern Miyagi Prefecture all the way to the coast and off the coast of Fukushima Prefecture.
