Aussie doctors in catch-22: Damned if they obtain proper informed consent, damned if they don't

On January 11th, 2023 ― waaay after the severe toxicity of the COVID jabs became apparent ― the Australian Medical Professionals' Society (AMPS) sent a letter to medical professionals informing them that they are NOT protected by the government in case their patients suffer COVID 'vaccine' injuries.Show more

Medical professional by law MUST obtain informed consent from their patients before administering a medical procedure:

"For consent to be legally valid... it must be given voluntarily in the absence of undue pressure, coercion or manipulation... It can only be given after the potential risks and benefits of the relevant vaccine, the risks of not having it, and any alternative options have been explained to the person."

This is of course exactly as it should be. A thorough informed consent message would look something like this:

"The gene therapy injections are based on an experimental technology which has never been used in humans at scale before. The vast majority of required safety tests have been skipped and we have no medium to long term safety data. The potential risks are unlimited.

"The research trials have been performed by the companies who stand to earn billions and have a long track record of only caring about themselves, not about public health. The same companies have been contractually immunized from product liability. So they stand to gain enormously from selling their product and lose nothing if their product doesn't work or turns out to be highly toxic.

"The regulatory agencies have been completely captured by political and business interests. Anonymized individual participant data of the trials has not been made public, which is a severe red flag. Significantly more people died in the treatment group than in the control group and significantly more people quit the trial in the treatment group versus the control group, which are more severe red flag.

"The data available so far clearly show that COVID is statistically a negligible health risk to young, lean, healthy people. The highest risk group are old, obese, comorbid men, but even for them, COVID is anything but a death sentence.

"The low risk group cannot benefit from the injection, since the benefits of the injection cannot be exceed the (negligible) risk of the disease. The high risk group is likely to not benefit from the injection, because a trained weak immune system remains a weak immune system.

"Fortunately, there are countless harmless and highly effective interventions available for prevention and cure, including (1) adequate fresh air, (2) optimal humidity (40-60%), (3) vitamin D blood levels (>50 ng/ml), (4) early, intensive combination therapy in case of sickness, (5) healthy diet and lifestyle.

"In short, the medical risks of the disease can be negligible (given the right harmless interventions) and the medical risks of the barely tested injections are unlimited. Would you like to have the injection or would you rather pass?"

However, here's the problem from the perspective of the doctors: If they had given any proper informed consent message to their patients, they would have been fined and their licenses would have been revoked, because they would have been accused and convicted by the tyrannical 'authorities' of spreading medical misinformation and endangering public health by causing hesitancy of the highly safe and effective vaccine.

In summary, doctors have been placed in a catch-22:

- OPTION A: If they DON'T inform their patients properly (which is a strict requirement for informed consent), they are liable for any medical harm (which can become absurdly expensive)
- OPTION B: If they DO inform their patients properly, they will be fined, smeared, and their licenses will be revoked.

Doctors have been forced into choosing between THEIR license and reputation, or YOUR health.

NB: A catch-22 is a paradoxical situation from which an individual cannot escape because of contradictory rules or limitations.
