In this episode of Wandering Wagners we take you through the process of taking your RV through the Blue Beacon Truck Wash! While some people might think that the @bluebeacontruckwash is only for semi trucks, that's not true! You can (and probably should) give it a try if you want an easy, quick way to get your rig clean while on the road.
Mike was a truck driver for 16+ years and still remains in the trucking industry so he's quite familiar with truck stops and truck washes etc.
Don't be scared to give them a try while on your next outing!
Just pull in, and wait in line. The workers will tell you which lane to get in, and guide you through the process. Once they are ready for you, they'll ask what kind of wash you want, we opted for a standard wash on the @NeXusRV Super C RV and on our toad Jeep Wrangler. We also got the rain-x after wash applied to help keep the rigs looking great for longer than a normal wash. Once we were pulled into the bay, you will get out and go and pay for the wash you chose. You can opt to wait outside for it to be finished or wait for a clearing and get back in your vehicle. Once complete, they'll wave you through and you're on your way back down the road!
The crew at this Blue Beacon did a wonderful job! What do you think? We paid just over $80.00 for everything. It can be costly, but it is really a time saver if you can't or don't want to do it yourself.
