A 'Dam' Good Time (Mt. Gilead State Park)

In this episode of Wandering Wagners we visited Mt. Gilead State Park in Mt. Gilead Ohio. It's a small park with lots of trees and some hiking trails. There's also a lake for fishing and a dam!

We have been here before probably 4 years ago, so it was nice to revisit to see the upgraded dump station that was much needed.

The trails were CLOSED which was a huge disappointment for us! Apparently a tornado went through a week or 2 prior to our visit and there were downed trees, and that's why the trails were closed. However, I broke the rules and went down the trail anyway ands there really wasn't any reason that they couldn't have been opened. The trees that were down on the trail were still maneuverable, I think the park was just making an excuse haha

So instead of hiking a lot we rode our @LectriceBikes !
It'sa small park for bikes but we made the most of it!

We visited our friends from Phoenix Arizona so that was great to see them again!
